To protect consumers’ legitimate rights and enhance the shopping experience, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy:


 7-Day No-Reason Return

Customers may apply for a return without providing a reason within 7 days from the date of receipt (based on the official delivery confirmation time), provided that the product does not affect secondary sale.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


 Conditions for Return Eligibility

To qualify for a 7-day no-reason return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product has not been used, washed, or damaged by human factors;

  • The original packaging is intact;

  • All tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and related items are complete;

  • The product remains in a condition suitable for resale;

  • Valid order information or proof of purchase is provided.


 Customized Products Excluded from 7-Day No-Reason Return

The following products are not eligible for 7-day no-reason return:

  • Products customized, processed, or personalized according to customer requirements;

  • Products printed or manufactured with customer-specified content, specifications, or special dimensions;

  • Products clearly marked as “Customized Items – No Return Without Quality Issues.”

If a customized product has a verified quality issue, it may still be returned or refunded in accordance with the quality-related return policy.


 Return & Exchange for Quality Issues

Returns or exchanges may be requested under the following circumstances:

  • The product has manufacturing defects or obvious quality problems;

  • The received product does not match the order;

  • The product is severely damaged during transportation.

If a quality issue is verified, return shipping costs will be borne by our company.


 Return Procedure

  1. Contact customer service to submit a return request;

  2. Obtain the return address after approval;

  3. Return the product as instructed and provide a valid tracking number;

  4. A refund will be processed after inspection confirms the product meets return conditions.


 Refund Terms

  • For approved returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected;

  • Shipping costs for no-reason returns shall be borne by the buyer;

  • Shipping costs resulting from verified quality issues shall be borne by our company.


 Additional Notes

  • Please ensure the product is properly packaged when returning to prevent damage during transit;

  • Failure to meet return conditions may affect the refund process;

  • Our company reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy.
